TRIAX UK Ltd cares about protecting our customers from threats to their cyber security safety. We aim to provide our users with secure, stable products and to protect the privacy and security of their data. Please report issues promptly, and we will work to fix them quickly and safely.

What You Should Do

If you find any product security issues or privacy concerns with the products listed opposite, please tell us. We have a security process to handle these reports and will keep you updated.

How to Report a Security Vulnerability Issue – Awareness

We encourage organisations and individuals to contact TRIAX to report any potential security issue by completing the form opposite with as much detail as possible about the problem you found. This helps us verify and create a fix for the issue in a timely manner.

How We Respond – Receipt

  • We will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within five working days.

How We Respond – Verification

  • Our team will review the report to check if the problem is real, how serious it is and how it affects our products.
  • If we need more information, we may contact you.

Fixing the Issue – Remediation

  • Once we confirm the problem, we will create a plan to fix it for all affected customers.
  • We aim to resolve issues within ninety days, but some fixes might take longer.

Sharing Information – Disclosure

  • When a fix or update is ready, we will share details about the vulnerability and how we fixed it. We request you keep the information confidential until a complete solution is available to all customers.
  • We will monitor the effectiveness of the fix and may update it if needed.
  • Until a full solution is available for everyone, we keep vulnerability details confidential and only share with our staff or manufacturing partners who need to know. Solutions can include a firmware patch, emergency fix or new software version release – following validation of the vulnerability level.
  • TRIAX will monitor the effectiveness of the remediation measures, collect customer feedback and suggestions, and update the patch/upgrade package if necessary.
